Return Policy
Here at TORA Gardens we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked, provided it is unused and and undamaged and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at toragardensnz@gmail.com with your order number and we can start the return process for you.
There are certain types of items that cannot be returned and we will not provide any refund or exchange for these items. These items include perishable goods such as seeds, plants and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.
Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days and will be processed to the original payment method used.
TORA Gardens is not responsible for the loss of items being returned, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery method and note down your tracking number.
