Shipping

Most of our orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but delivery times are subject to change and are estimates only. 

We ship orders around New Zealand though NZ Post. Please allow 1-3 working days to cities and urban centres and up to an additional 2-3 working days for rural deliveries. However, once we pass the parcel on to the courier we no longer have any control over the delivery time frame. If your parcel has not arrived within the specified time frame please let us know so we can follow up for you. 

Shipping Rates 

Orders* $150 and over are Free. *Excludes Heavy/ Oversized Items. 

For orders under $150, there will be a $7.50 shipping fee applied to those with standard delivery address or a $14 shipping fee for Rural delivery* addresses.

To avoid delays with your shipping please ensure you select the correct shipping option at check out. 

*Heavy and Bulky Items have a separate shipping rate.

For orders in Australia there is a $25AUD shipping fee on orders. 3-10 Business days
